The elephant in the room with Karlyn Percil
“Identify your problems, but give your power and energy to solutions. –Tony Robbins
And that is what we will be doing at the opening of the conference. We plan to create an environment for brave conversations where everyone feels heard, seen and valued.
In this interactive session, Karlyn will help us confidently facilitate and talk about conflict as we learn how to embrace change and create space for innovation and creativity.
Karlyn Percil is a TV host, with her own Talk show, a frequent TV presenter on CityLine and a Growth Mindset Coach & Inclusion Strategist with a Certificate in Neuroscience Coaching. Through her coaching practice she started Sister Talks through which women learn how to drop the mask and become authentic.
Her goal is to empower more women to LEAD – to live & engage authentically daily. To be their best selves. To achieve their dreams in spite of the challenges and the fear that will come their way. She wants more women to thrive. To play big. To be bold. Brilliant. Beautiful!
As she says truth is, change won’t come unless you commit to doing the work and aiming for the life you really want.
