We’re listening. This year at the conference you will be able to select TWO biz tool sessions. They will run consecutively with a 15 minute break in between. Like last year, you will make your choices and select the sessions you want when you arrive at the conference, so come armed with your first and second choice and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sandwich generation and supporting aging parents

Have you found yourself caring for your aging parents? This experience can bring us joy but it can also leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted. Together we will discuss the challenges and the impact on your emotional, social, financial and physical well-being. We will explore strategies to help you cope, and begin to build a plan for your self-care and healing.
